[Detailed description of the invention] This invention connects a synthetic resin type dispersion pipe to the discharge port of the blower, and on the upstream side of the dispersion pipe, powder or granular particles are added to the airflow generated by the blower. This invention relates to a pest control machine that mixes a chemical, transports it through a spray pipe, and sprays it on an air stream from the end of the spray pipe.

This type of pest control machine uses the air transport process in the chemical spray pipe to
There is a problem in that the spraying tube is charged with static electricity due to friction between the chemical and the inner surface of the spraying tube, and when a worker touches the spraying tube, he or she receives a strong electric shock.

Therefore, as a conventional static electricity removal device, a conductor is stretched over the dispersion pipe, and the conductor is connected to the main unit (e.g., backpack frame, blower, etc.).
Devices have been provided in which the static electricity is short-circuited to the machine by connecting it to the machine, or by suspending a chain from the machine or a conductor and grounding its end to the ground.

However, with the former device, static electricity accumulates in the machine after long periods of use, and when you touch the machine or the spray pipe, you receive an electric shock.
With the latter device, workers may step on the chain and fall, which may interfere with the work.
Then, there was a drawback that the chain could be broken by stepping on it, or the connections between the elements of the chain could become sludge and no longer conduct electricity.

Carrying the pest control machine on his back, he uses the prime mover 2 to drive the blower 1, holds the gripped spray pipe 12A in his hand, and sprays the chemical onto the field. At that time, part of the airflow generated by the blower 1 is Air guide pipe 6
The medicine in the tank 4 is fluidized, and the mixture of the medicine and the air flow is guided from the delivery and metering mechanism 5 into the medicine tank 4. An amount commensurate with the metering of the mechanism 5 is drawn out, passes through the outlet pipe 7 from the nozzle 8, mixes into the main stream of the air flow at the outlet 1a of the blower 1, flows through the bent pipe 9 and the flexible pipe 10, and is then dispersed. In the situation described in E, in the process of the chemical gas flowing inside the dispersion pipe A,

By diffusing and emitting it from the end C of the conductor 16 in a widening shape, it intersects with the protruding tongue part 16a of the conductor 16, and as a result,
The static electricity collected on the conductor 16 immediately and
The static electricity collected at the terminal 5 is led to the conductor 16 via the rivet 17, the terminal 18a, the lead wire 18/terminal 18a, and the screw 19, and is sequentially applied to the drug or air flow from the corner 16b of the protruding tongue 16a. A contact discharge or an air discharge is generated, and static electricity is removed or extremely reduced from the grip tube 12, so that even if the operator grips the grip tube 12, it has almost no effect.

Furthermore, the lead wire 18 is connected to the conductors 15 and 16 as described above.
At the same time, the gripping tube 12, the connecting tube 13, and the discharge tube 14 are prevented from being accidentally separated from each other, and the wing nut 20 is removed from the screw 19, and the terminal 18a is pulled out. By doing so, the iron pipes 12, 13, and 14 can be separated into individual parts.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, static electricity charged in the gripping tube 12, connecting tube 13, and discharge tube 14 is collected by conductors 22, 23, and 24 that are placed in contact with and along the iron tubes 12, 13, and 14. At the same time, the tongue portion 24a of the conductor 24 is located at the end L inside the discharge tube 14.
As a result of forming a free end centripetally at a position near C and intersecting the drug flow, static electricity is distributed from the current collecting point to the proximal end d and the distal end e.
The conductors 22, 23, 24 are connected to each other, and the tongue 24a is energized, and the sharp part 24b of the tongue 24a discharges into the drug or air stream, removing or polarizing static electricity from the dispensing tube A. reduced.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 8, a large number of sharp parts 16C or 24a are provided at the tip edge of the protruding tongue 16a.
By forming a sharp part 24b at the tip of the tongue part 1
At the intersections of 6a and 24a with the chemical flow, further air discharge or contact discharge of static electricity to the chemical or air end is likely to occur, and the static electricity in the dispensing tube A is sufficiently removed.

It is preferable that the conductor be placed in contact with the inner surface of all the dispersion tubes A, including the grip tube 12, the connecting tube 13, and the discharge tube 14, to collect static electricity. It is only necessary to place the body in contact with at least the inner surface of the gripping tube 12 that is held by the operator, to equip the discharge tube 14 with a tongue, and to connect the conductor and the tongue so as to conduct electricity. Regardless of whether the section protrudes from the end C of the discharge tube 14 or is internally installed, the section forms a closed end near the end C of the discharge tube 14 and intersects with the flow of the drug (a second section).
Even if the discharge tube 14 protrudes straight in the extending direction as shown in the figure, the drug diffuses in a trumpet shape from the end port C, so that it intersects with the drug flow.

). Further, although the shape of the tip of the tongue is not particularly limited, it is preferably a shape in which at least one mirror-like pointed portion is formed, so that static electricity is more likely to be discharged.

In short, the present invention connects a synthetic resin dispersion pipe to a blower, and the chemical agent is carried by air inside the dispersion pipe, and is applied to the base of the dispersion pipe in a pest control machine that carries the chemical from the end of the dispersion pipe and sprays it on the air flow. The gripping tube, which is the end side, is provided with an elongated strip-shaped conductor in contact with its inner surface, and the discharge tube, which is the distal end side of the dispersion tube, has a free end near its end. In addition to being equipped with a tongue that intersects with the flow of the drug, the conductor that is in contact with and along the grip tube and the tongue that is installed near the end of the release tube are electrically connected, and at least the grip tube is Since the static electricity is discharged from the tongue to the drug or air stream, the static electricity charged in the grip tube is removed or minimized, and when the operator grips the grip tube, he or she almost never receives an electric shock. In addition, there are no disadvantages such as the ground wire of a conventional pest control machine such as a chain not hanging down, resulting in the ground wire breaking, or the ground wire interfering with pest control work, and it is light and easy to use. It has the effect of enabling pest control work.
