種信号とを入力し、吸入空気量、燃料噴射量、点火時期
、排気ガス還流率等のエンジンの運転パラメータを演算
する処理回路15を備え、該処理回路の出力信号に応じ
て、吸入空気量を制御するスロットル弁3をアクチュエ
ータ16を介して、他の運転パラメータの制御と並行し
