波数の半サイクル毎に所定位相で電流しゃ断を行う電流
しゃ断回路と、上記放電灯の管壁に添設された導体と、
上記放電灯の両フィラメント電極の他端間に１次巻線が
接続され、上記放電灯の一方のフィラメント電極と上記
導体との間に２次巻線が接続されたパルストランスとを
