縁部分と、充分な切れ味をもつ刃先縁部分との変換を、
皿形状刃物の特有の形状と弾機の作用とを利用して容易
にするとともに、皿形状刃物の全周の刃先縁の切れ味劣
化後に行う刃先研摩により刃先縁の直径が減少したとき
などに、取付部材を回転して該部材の偏心量を調整し、
それによって刃先縁の一部を必要な突出量に調整できる
