Conventional bathtubs, for example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 51-11635, are single-layered and have a drainage hole in the bottom of the single-layered bathtub, through which the hot water from the bathtub that is no longer needed after bathing is directly discharged to the outside. The water was only being drained.

In this way, high-temperature hot water was discharged without effectively recovering its waste heat, which was uneconomical.

The present invention was devised in view of the above points, and the bathtub body has a double layer of an inner tank and an outer wall, and a heat exchange space between the inner tank and the outer tank, and a water supply path is provided in the heat exchange space. By providing an ice removal section and installing a drain pipe extending from the bottom of the inner tank into the heat exchange space, the waste heat of the high temperature waste water from the bathtub flowing through the drain pipe is transferred to the water put into the heat exchange space. Moreover, by providing an ice extraction section in the heat exchange space, waste heat can be recovered and the water in the heat exchange space whose temperature has been raised can be taken out from the ice extraction section and used effectively. The purpose is to provide bathtubs.

In the present invention, when cold water is supplied from the water supply pipe 10 to the water storage tank 8, it is guided to the heat exchange space 4 through the water supply path 5 as shown by arrow a in FIG. After filling with water, when the water level in the water tank 8 reaches a certain height, the ball tap 9 is raised and the water supply pipe 10 is closed.

However, when the hot water after bathing is flowed from the drain port 11 with the water outlet 6 closed, the hot water is guided as shown by the arrow through the drain pipe 7 in the heat exchange space 4 and from the drain port 12. At this time, heat exchange is performed between the cold water in the heat exchange space 4 and the discharged hot water, and the warmed water flows through the heat exchange space 4 as shown by arrow C. In the present invention, as described above, the bathtub body is formed of an inner tank and an outer wall, and a watertight heat exchange space is formed between the inner tank and the outer wall, and a water supply channel and a water supply are provided in this heat exchange space. Since it is equipped with a take-out part, water can be supplied from the outside to this heat exchange space, and water can be taken out from the heat exchange space to a bathtub, etc., and there is no separate water storage other than the bathtub in the bathtub itself. In addition, since the drain pipe that can be connected from the bottom of the inner tank is inserted into the heat exchange space and extended to the outer wall, the drain pipe plays the role of a heat exchanger and the water supply. The cold water supplied into the heat exchange space from the pipe can be heated with the hot water discharged after bathing, and the water in the heat exchange space whose temperature has been raised by recovering waste heat is transferred to the water extraction section. It has the advantage that waste heat can be extracted and used effectively, and waste heat can be effectively recovered and used.

In addition, if the water supply path is connected to a water storage tank located above the upper end of the heat exchange space, water can be supplied from the water outlet using water pressure, and no power is required for this supply. Become.
