In view of the above-mentioned inconveniences in electrodeposition coating, the present invention was developed in order to effectively solve these problems. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a banger for electrodeposition coating that can improve quality by maintaining good electrical conductivity between objects to be coated, and reduce product costs by reducing work equipment and man-hours. In a banger for electro-deposition coating which is suspended from a conveyor and has a support piece to which the object to be coated is attached and supported, the tip of the support piece has a vertically arranged corner around the periphery and a tip. The present invention relates to a banger for electrodeposition coating, characterized in that the lower part for hanging the object to be coated has an acute angle and a polyhedral shape that expands downward in a tapered shape.

以下に本考案の実施例を添付図面に基づいて詳述する。Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

This hanging part of the object to be painted is a polyhedron that expands downward, and any shape can be adopted as long as it has corners around the periphery. For example, the hanging part 11 made of a triangular pyramid as shown in FIG. May be adopted.

In addition, this hanging part is molded separately from the support piece 8, and in addition to being fixed to the support piece 8, as shown in FIG. It may be integrally formed by a processing method.

Furthermore, the mounting angle of this hanging part is selected as appropriate depending on the shape and weight of the object to be painted or the necessary painting conditions, and one or more supporting pieces 8 are used by being attached to the stay 9. .

On the other hand, by inserting the engagement hole W1 formed at the end of the object W into the hanging part 10 and engaging it therewith, the object W to be painted is hung in an inclined position on the middle of the oblique side of the hanging part 10 as shown in FIG. The object to be painted W is supported downwardly, and therefore, the object to be painted W and the hanging portion 10 are in point or line contact, and the contact area between both W and 10 is extremely small, and the worker is able to lower the object W to be painted by lifting the hanging portion 10. 1
0, the entire weight of the object W to be coated is applied to this minute contact area and a large pressure is applied, so unless the coating film 12 dries and hardens, the end of the engagement hole W1 The edges dig into or break through this coating film 12 and both W, 1

In addition, when the coating film has solidified, when placing the object W to be coated,
By pressing this with a slight force, the pressed portion can be easily peeled off and brought into contact.

Furthermore, since the object W to be coated is engaged with its ends and supported in a tilted state, it does not swing even with the movement of a constantly running conveyor, and the state of contact with the hanging part 10 is extremely low. stable.

In this way, the object W to be coated and the hanging part 10 are in metallic contact with each other regardless of the presence of the coating film 12, and the bonding state is stable and the contact state is not interrupted, so that the tank shown in FIG. The electrical conductivity between both W and 10 in 4 is maintained well, a required coating film is formed on the object W to be coated, and the quality of this W can be kept constant.

Moreover, since the coating film 12 attached to the hanging part 10 etc. can be mechanically peeled off, a peeling tank 6 as shown in FIG.
This eliminates the need for equipment such as stripping solution 7 and water washing equipment, as well as the need for chemical stripping of the paint film using stripping solution 7 and washing with water after stripping, which improves work efficiency and reduces product costs. As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, the tip of the supporting piece of the banger for electrodeposition coating has a polyhedral shape with vertically arranged corners around the periphery, and the tip is an acute angle and expands downward in a tapered shape. By providing a lower part for hanging the painting object, the operator can simply set the object to be painted on the above-mentioned polyhedron, and when the object to be painted is in an inclined state, its own weight is concentrated on the holding part, and the worker can easily hang it. It can cut into or break through the paint film formed on the bottom and maintain a stable contact state, maintaining good electrical conductivity between the paint and the object to be coated during painting, improving quality, and improving work equipment. , it is possible to reduce the number of work hours and reduce product costs.
