DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention mainly relates to work scaffolds on vertical walls of cylindrical tanks such as cone roofs and dome roofs, which do not have suspension rails attached to the canopy and have protrusions such as piping at several locations on the side walls of the tank. This relates to a mobile ladder used as a mobile ladder, in which a multi-level working platform is installed at an appropriate position on a rope hanging from a traveling trolley loaded on a canopy, and is rotatable along the outside vertical wall of the tank. , If you encounter a protrusion such as piping,
This invention relates to a movable ladder characterized by simplified attachment and detachment of the hanging portion so that it can be easily climbed over.

Conventionally, this type of cylindrical tank differs from a floating roof tank, which has a wind garter on the upper side that serves as a rotating rail around the tank side wall, because it is difficult to suspend a rotating movable ladder on the tank's outer wall. They relied on either main scaffolding made of logs or steel pipe scaffolding.

The present invention was developed in order to solve these conventional drawbacks. The present invention was developed in order to solve these conventional drawbacks. A ring-shaped hanging device is fixed to an arm protruding from the canopy of a traveling device which is configured to index wheels that roll on the upper side of the side plate of the tank and is made to run around the outer periphery of the side plate of the tank by fixing them to the traveling trolley. A plurality of rope-like objects are attached to the hanging device via the rope, one or more connecting rings are installed on the rope-like object, one or more work floors are suspended on the connecting rings, and This is a ladder for working on the outside vertical wall of a covered Nissho tank, in which two single pipes are suspended from the arms, cross bracing is attached to the single pipes, and the single pipes are fixed to the connecting ring.

In such a configuration, when the traveling trolley 3 is pushed to run on the canopy, the work floor 12 of each stage will sway due to the inertia of each stage and the difference in loading capacity, which is dangerous. As shown in FIG. 1, a single pipe 18 is hung down, and a cross bracing 25, which is a diagonal member that crosses the joint portions 19 of both single pipes, is attached, and as shown in FIG. 3, The single tubes are fixed to each connecting ring with clamps 13 to provide rigidity in the longitudinal and lateral directions to the rope ladder-shaped work floor.

By fixing the handrail 14 to the splintered single pipe 18 at a distance of 75 CrrL to 105 cm from the floor surface of the work floor 12 with a clamp 13, danger from the rear side can be eliminated.

Now, by suspending the rope-ladder-like work floor configured as described above from the traveling trolley 3 and making the traveling trolley travel on the canopy of the tank, work such as repairing and painting the vertical side walls of the cylindrical tank can be carried out extremely safely and efficiently. It can be done efficiently.

As mentioned above, log scaffolding and steel pipe scaffolding are the most inefficient and expensive, so they cannot be compared.
In addition, in conventional mobile ladders, if there are protrusions such as drain pipes for recovering rainwater, fire protection sprinkler pipes, etc. on the running circumference of the tank side wall, the structure of the mobile ladder is heavy and highly rigid.
Since it was almost impossible to climb over, several portable ladders were hung in places where there were no protrusions, or each time a protrusion was encountered, it was dismantled and reassembled.

The present invention solves the drawbacks of the conventional technology by:
As mentioned above, the flexible rope-like hanging device 10, the connecting culm 11. The work floor 12 etc. are combined to form a rope ladder-like work floor, and the traveling trolley 3
The rope ladder-like work floor is easily connected to the ring-shaped hanging device 8 with a rope or the like, and the rope ladder-like work floor can be raised and lowered using a pulley 9 or pulley with a lead line as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. It is designed so that it can be performed in a chill hall, etc.

Therefore, it is possible to easily attach the rope ladder-like work floor to the protruding arm portion of the traveling truck 3 without having to separate it, thereby significantly shortening the assembly and disassembly time, and eliminating the problem of overcoming the protruding portion. To explain the assembly and disassembly of the mobile ladder of the present invention in order, the assembly work involves wrapping the rope 20 around the gas vent 2 on the canopy of the covered cylindrical tank 1, and passing the rope 20 through the pulley 4 to release the gas. Tightly tie both ends to the gas vent 2 so that it does not come off the gas vent 2.

In addition, a ring-shaped hanging device is fixed to an arm protruding from the canopy of a traveling device which is made to run around the outer periphery of the side plate of the tank by fixing the wheels that roll on the upper side of the tank side plate to the traveling trolley. Attach a plurality of rope-like hanging devices to the hanging device, install one or more connecting rings on the rope-like hanging device, suspend one or more work floors on the connecting rings, and place the connecting rings at appropriate positions. Attach a transfer wheel that contacts the tank side plate wall surface, further hang two single pipes from the arms of the traveling truck, and attach cross bracing to the single pipes,
A movable ladder for working on an outer vertical wall of a covered circular tank, characterized in that the single pipe is fixed to the connecting ring.
