    置するように形成されていることを特徴とするタングス
    テン電極棒。 ′（２）前記本体の先端部が、本体と略直角に連続する
    円盤状に形成され、この円盤状の周囲が先端部になって
    いることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載のタングステン電極棒。 （３）前記本体の先端部が、本体と略直角に屈曲して形
    成され、この屈曲端部が先端部になっていることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のタングステ
    ン電極棒。
