【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は新規な消しゴムの屑取り具に関するものであっ
て、図示せる実施例はポリプロピレン製の上下両面を夫
々開口した筐体1を形威しこの筐体1の左右両側面下端
に半円形状の突出部2,2′を穿設すると共に当該突出
部2,2′の内面中央個所に円形状の凹部3,3′と同
凹部3,3′から突出部2,2′の下縁に通じる溝部4
,4′とを穿設し、またこれとは別個にスチロール製の
軸芯5の外周面にゴム力く−6を被覆して吸着ロール7
を構威しこの吸着ロール7の軸端を上記側面突出部2,
2′に設けた溝部4.4′から円形状の凹部3,3′に
強制的に挿嵌して吸着ロール7を筐体1の下端に着脱自
在且つ回動自在に支承し、また筐体1の内部に於て吸着
ロール7の上面に殆ど接触する程度に近接した水平位置
に仕切壁8を設けこの仕切壁8の中央部に吸着ロール7
の軸方向に沿う消し屑イの流入口9を切設し同流入口9
の口縁上面を斜方向に削除して口縁をナイフの刃状とす
ると共に仕切壁8に於て筐体1の前後両面との連接部を
薄肉部10.10’とし且つ同仕切壁8の左右両側縁を
切離して流入口9の両側口縁を弾発自在とし、更に筐体
1の左右両側面の内面に上端から上記仕切壁8の近傍に
至る縦方向の突条11・・・・・・を設けると共にこれ
とは別個に筐体1内に於ては仕切面12となる上面と滑
動面13.13’となる両側面とを有するn状の仕切体
14を形成し同仕切体14の滑動面13.13’の外面
に上記筐体1内面に設けた突条11・・・・・・に嵌合
する溝条15・・・・・・を設けて同仕切体14を筐体
1内の中央部に上下方向に摺動自在に挿嵌し同仕切体1
4の仕切面12と前記仕切壁8との間にできた空間を消
し屑イの蓄え所16とすると共に滑動面13.13’の
下端を仕切壁8の両側の切離部8,8を経て下方に貫出
させその端縁が吸着ロール7の周面に接触自在とし、更
に蓄え所16の前面壁に屑の取出口17を開設して同取
出口17に蓄片18を着脱自在に嵌合し、また筐体1内
の仕切体14の上方空間を消しゴム口の挿嵌部19とし
たものであって、即ち筐体1を摘持し吸着ロール7を消
ゴムの消し屑イの上を転がして移動させるとこの消し屑
イは吸着ロール7の局面に付着して仕切壁8の下面に至
り、そのまま同仕切壁8の一側を押上げて消し屑イの流
入口9の中に入るが、更に吸着ロール7が回転してこれ
に耐着した消し屑イは仕切壁8の他側の流入口9に臨む
切縁に接触するに至り同切縁によって吸着ロール7の表
面より剥離されて同仕切壁8の上面に漏止されるもので

在としたので吸着ロールに付着した消し屑は仕切壁の一
側を上方に押し上げて消し屑の流入口に入り込み仕切壁
の他側切縁によって吸着ロールより完全に剥離されて屑
の蓄え所に確実に漏止するを得るものであり、加うるに
本考案に於ては上下両面を夫々開口した筐体の両側面下
端に突出部を設けこの突出部の内面に円形状の凹部と同
凹部から突出部の下縁に通じる溝部とを穿設し、軸芯の
外周面にゴムカバーを被覆して構成した吸着ロールの軸
端を上記の溝部から円形状の凹部に強制的に挿嵌して吸
着ロールを筐体の下端に着脱自在且つ回動自在に支承し
、下面両側に垂壁状の滑動面を有する仕切体を筐体内に
同滑動面が消し屑の流入口と直交する壁面に接合するよ
うにしてその下方より嵌合し、この滑動面の下端が上記
の仕切壁の両側の切離部を経て下方に貫出し上記の吸着
ロールの周面に接触自在としたので掃除等の為に吸着ロ
ールを筐体より外す場合は仕切体を上方より押下すれば
同吸着ロールはその軸承個所より直ちに外れるものであ
って、斯くして吸着ロールの取外しはこれをワンタッチ

於て吸着ロールの上面に殆ど接触する程度に近接した水
平位置に仕切壁を設けこの仕切壁の中央部に吸着ロール
の軸方向に沿う消し屑の流入口を切設し同流入口の口縁
上面を斜方向に削除して口縁をナイフの刃状とすると共
に仕切壁に於て筐体の前後両面との連接部を薄肉部とし
且つ同仕切壁の左右両側縁を切離して流入口の両側口縁
を上下方向に弾発自在とし、下面両側に垂壁状の滑動面
を有する仕切体を筐体内に同滑動面が消し屑の流入口と
直交する壁面に接合するようにしてその下方より嵌合し
、この滑動面の下端が上記の仕切壁の両側の切離部を経
て下方に貫出し上記の吸着ロールの周面に接触自在とし
