【考案の詳細な説明】 (考案の目的) 本考案は小径のローラーバーと該ローラーバーにベニヤ
単板を押圧するゴムローラーと前記ローラーバーを支承
するバックローラーとからなる単板矯正機におけるロー
ラーバー装置の改良に係るものであって、その目的とす
る所はこの種従来装置のローラーバーは軸方向に対して
1本に形成されており、且つこれを両側から並行な合成
樹脂型のガイドバーに挾んで支承して高速回転をさせて
いたものであるから、構造上および強度上その曲率半径
が15mm程度以上に制限され、これを所望の太さの、
例えば5〜lQmm程度の曲率半径のローラーバーに製
作することが困難で、そのために薄いベニヤ単板、例え
ば1〜2mm程度のベニヤ単板のカールの矯正が満足に
出来ない機能上の重大な難点があったものであるばかり
でなく、該ローラーバーの高速回転部材の潤滑方法にも
前記合成樹脂型のガイドバーでは摩耗、掻音、跳び出し
、破損等の事態に悩まされる機構上の重大な難点があっ
たものを払拭して、薄いベニヤ単板のカールの矯正も可
能にし、且つ高速回転部材の安定な潤滑も可能にした新
型の単板矯正機を提供しようとして考案されたものであ
る。
