本考案はスピーカユニットなバッフル板に取り付けるた
めの装置に係り、バッフル板のスピーカ取付孔周縁部に
設けた固定リングの外周面から締付ヒスで楔部材を介し
てスピーカフレーム外周縁ヲハツフル板に締付固定する
