The goal is to provide fewer devices.

A method of bringing the yarn into contact with the yarn (and a method using a spray nozzle, etc.) was used, but these methods all involve a large difference in relative velocity within the liquid-liquid film formed only on one side of the yarn. Since the traveling threads come into contact with each other, the pattern is shaken off, and since the opposite side of the roller and plate is a completely open space, there is a large amount of oil splashed into this space, resulting in a loss of oil. However, there are significant disadvantages in that it contaminates equipment and the environment, and also contaminates products.

We have come to have this.

A treatment agent such as a finishing oil containing water is applied to the surface.

The technique of applying a treatment agent to bulky yarns, which are as large as 1000 yen, has significant irregularities on the yarn surface, and has bulky properties is extremely difficult compared to general flat yarns, and the oiling roller method described above is extremely difficult. , the plate flow down method, and the single spray method, scattering of the processing agent reached 80 to 90% or more, and it was extremely difficult to even provide a predetermined amount of adhesion.

First, a yarn guiding groove 2 is carved along the center of the processing agent applying device main body 1, and a peripheral wall 3゜3', 3'' of the yarn guiding groove 2 is connected to a treating agent supply port 4 and a treating agent supply reservoir 5. Since the yarn is guided through a relatively narrow slit, the accompanying airflow of the yarn traveling at high speed is cut.
3", the liquid that has peeled off and scattered cannot be scattered into the air because it is surrounded by a wall surface, and is re-released from the surrounding walls 3, 3', and 3".
By adhering to the yarn and supplying the treatment agent to the yarn, the efficiency of applying the treatment agent can be significantly improved, and at the same time, it can be effective in preventing the treatment agent from scattering.

If the adhesion efficiency is high, for example, the supply holes h1 may be arranged only on the peripheral wall 3 side, and the supply to the peripheral wall 3' may be eliminated.
