を提供しようとするものであり、従ってその特徴とする

スケールする装置において、駆動モータを搭載し、カッ
酸溶液を収容した酸洗槽の上部に渡架される懸架台と、
該懸架台に下向きに突設されて前記モータにより回転駆
動される縦軸と、該縦軸の下端に脱着可能に懸垂されて
該縦軸心回りに回転する耐酸性材料よりなる回転支持具
とから成り、前記回転支持具は、前記筒状コイル線材の
内周中心軸を縦方向にして該線材の内周に挿通され、か
つその内外に酸溶液の流通を自由自在とする流通部を有
する縦形胴部と、該縦形胴部の下端に外向張出状に設け
られて前記線材の下端面を載置する鍔部にて構成した点
にある。

生じるような酸溶液2の広い不使用(ロス)部分が出来
るようなこと、がなくて、コイ、ル線材16の外周な酸
洗槽10の内壁に可及的に接近させつるという無駄のな
い経済的な浸漬態様をとることができ、従ってこの酸洗
槽10内の酸溶液11全体が無駄なく酸洗にフル使用で
き、従来と同、じ量、大きさのコイル線材16を酸洗す
る場合は酸溶液使用量が従来よりもきわめて少なくてす
むのであり、しかも、このように浸漬されるコイル線材
16全体が酸溶液11中で縦軸15心回りに回転するし
、かつその内外に酸溶液11の流通を自由自在とする支
持具17に載せられて回転を加えられながら酸洗される
ため、酸溶液11の攪拌を介してスケール除去が著しく
促進され、酸洗不足部分を残余することなくその線材1
6全体をきわめて均一に、かつ短時間で酸洗できてスケ
ールを完全に除去することができるものであり、また回
転支持具17はコイル線材16の中心軸方向に挿通され
る縦形胴部18と該線材16下端面を載置する鍔部19
にて構成されたものであるから、コイル線材16を安定
良く載せることができ、そればかりかこの支持具17は
縦軸15より脱着することによってコイル線材16を運
搬するキャリーに兼用できる便利さもあり、さらにこの
装置は懸架台12上のモータ13によりコイル線材16
共に支持具17を回転させるだけのものであるから、第
1図に示す如き懸架台3全体に振動を加える酸洗構造に
比し、破損少なく耐久性に優れ、又そのモータ13は第
1図に示す起振モータ6に比較して小型のもので足り、
この点に於ても経済的であるという利点がある。
