Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the mechanical strength of a braking coil for a rotary electric machine by clamping and fixing damper plates and connecting pieces with a nut secured to a pole end plate and a clamping bolt, thereby preventing the occurrence of cracks at the damper plates. CONSTITUTION:Ends of a plurality of damper bars 5 extending axially at the prescribed interval toward the peripheral direction in the vicinity of the surface of a pole end plate 6 are shortcircuited therebetween by soldering them with a damper plate 2, thereby connecting the damper plates 2 of the adjacent poles through connecting pieces 4 and forming a braking coil. In this case, the ends of the damper plates 2 and the piece 4 are superposed, and are clamped fixedly by a nut 3a secured to the plate 6 and a clamping bolt 1, thereby supporting the plate 2 at both sides.

のに使用さ扛る。このような回転電機の制動巻線の従来
例が第1図及び第2図に示さ扛ている。この制動巻線で
はボールエンドプレート6の表面近傍の周方向に所定間
隔で、かつ軸方向に伸びた複数個のダンパーバー5は、
その端部間をダンパープレート2でろう付は等により短
絡さnている。そしてこのダンパープレート2はその端
部が隣接するボールのダンパープレート2と接続片4を
介して接続さ扛、全体としてリング状に形成さnるが、
ダンパープレート2の端部と接続片4とは第2図に示さ
扛ているように接続さnている。すなわちダンパプレー
ト2の端部と接続片4とを重ね合わせ、こtを締結用ボ
ルトlとナツト3とで締付は接続していた。ところが第
2図にも示さnているように、この締結用ボルト1とナ
ツト3とによる接続部がボ−ルエンドプレート6から遊
離しており、ダンパープレート2はその片側だけが固定
支持さ扛る片持ち支持となっていた。このため回転子の
運転による遠心力及び電磁振動によって締結用ボルト1
及びナツト3による接続部のダンパープレート2には大
きな力が働らき、亀裂の発生する懸念があった。ダンパ
ープレート2に亀裂が発生す扛ばダンパーパー5もその
影響を受けて損傷し′、遂には制動巻線としての機能を
喪失するようになる。

)3aによってボールエンドプレート6に固定さ扛るの
で、エンドプレート2はその両端部が固定支持さ扛る両
持ち支持となり、機械的強度が向上し、回転子の運転に
よる遠心力及び電磁振動に耐え、亀裂の発生を防止する
ことができる。この両持ち支持によるダンパープレート
2の固有振動数は従来に比べ約10倍となり、全体の寸
法を小さくすることができる。
