し、前記冷却器とともに冷凍サイクルを構成する圧縮機

うにしたものであるから、食品は乱流状態のより多くの
冷気と接触でき中心部を凍結される迄の時間は短くて済
み、急速凍結が可能となり且つ冷気の有効利用が図れ、
