The inventor of the present application has already devised a knitted zero waist strap to overcome various drawbacks of conventional woven waist straps, such as slippage, easy knots, and poor elasticity and flexibility.

In other words, it has a narrow width that is continuously knitted by bag knitting of stockinette flat knitting,
It is constructed by turning an elongated cylindrical string of a predetermined length inside out to expose the back side, on which arc-shaped stitch nodes are lined up every other stitch, to the front side.

However, in the case of the above-mentioned waist strap, the edges of both ears are rounded and cylindrical, and it is not a flat band-like shape, so this waist strap is very easy to twist and irregularly deform and collapse when used. It has major drawbacks such as being easy to wear, and as a result, it doesn't blend well with the skin, causing a sense of discomfort and impairing the feel of the kimono. It also causes the kimono to become unstable, causing slippage and ruining the kimono's figure. The negative effects were unavoidable.

In view of the above, the inventor of the present application has conducted further research and has succeeded in completely eliminating the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks and various harmful effects by providing a knitted string as described below. As a result, it can be effectively and appropriately used not only as a waist strap, but also in a wide range of applications such as pants hanging straps for children or adults, narrow belts, headbands for sports days, neckties for children, and sashes.

Next, to explain the knit string of this invention in detail with reference to the drawing example, 1 is tacked for each course by one central knitting needle at the center of each of the groups of knitting needles on both sides necessary for bag knitting (normally It is not a stockinette action, but a hooking action, and is usually referred to as a raven or a pulling up.

) is a narrow and elongated cylindrical band that is continuously knitted by bag knitting, in which knitting and stockinette knitting with knitting needles are repeated continuously, and the stitches are coarser than the other knitted areas on both the front and back sides, as shown in Figure 3 of the drawing. Tucked knitted fabric portions 2, 2 are formed in the form of elongated longitudinal strips, respectively.

As mentioned above, the knit string of this invention is continuously knitted by bag knitting, which alternately and continuously repeats tuck knitting for each course using one central knitting needle on each side and stockinette knitting using the entire knitting needle, which is necessary for bag knitting. A long and narrow cylindrical band 1 with a narrow width is turned over so that both tuck knitted fabric parts 2, 2 are at the edges of both sides, and the front and back knits are knitted with both ends connected by the tuck knitted fabric parts 2, respectively. The edges of both ends of fabrics 3 and 4 are not rounded and the whole is in the shape of a flat band.In other words, this knit string has no roundness at the edges of both ends and is entirely flat, so when used as a waist strap. The string should not be twisted during or after tying, the edge edges of both sides should not be irregularly deformed, or show wrinkles or creases, and should not be stiff or slippery. It has the outstanding effect of being able to stably and properly tie a kimono, as well as being able to fit the kimono in a stable way that does not disturb the body shape of the kimono because it blends well with the skin and does not cause any discomfort.

Furthermore, this knit string has no rounding at both ends and is flat, so when used as a waist strap, it can be tied neatly and easily, and the knot does not loosen or come undone. It has a positive effect.

As mentioned above, the knitted string of this invention has many excellent effects when used as a waist string, but it is not limited to being used only as a waist string, but also as a pants hanging string for children or adults, a narrow belt, a necktie for children, and sports events. It is also effective for a wide range of purposes such as headbands and sashes.
