Claims (1)
- パスラインに複数の論理ブロックが接続され、論理ブロ
ックの出力回路にトライステートバッファを有し、かつ
パスラインの非使用時にパスラインを特定電圧に維持す
る終端回路を有するトライス享−トバス出力回路におい
て、上記パスラインに接続され、該パスラインの上記特
定電圧を検出し、上記トライステートバッファに作動信
号を送るコンパレータを有することを特徴とするバスコ
ンテンション防止回路。
