    なる露光装置において、それらの部材１〜８の少なくと
    も夫々の縁部を互に密接させると共に、各レンズアレイ
    １．　２．　３の光軸方向離間距離が所定の値になるよ
    うに、前記縁部における各部材１〜８の光軸方向厚さを
    夫り規定して形成したことを特徴とする複写機の露光装
    置。
