PURPOSE:To obviate an air leakage in time of air inflation, by forming an air film layer with compressed air jetted to a rim flange part, while charging the compressed air inside a tire and then quickly stopping the feed of compressed air to said rim flange. CONSTITUTION:A ringlike air ring 5 fittable to the diameter of a rim where a lot of nozzle holes 5a are provided in position adjacent to the flange of a rim 1 is set up at the rim flange part.
