In addition to fixing the frame in the front-rear direction, a gap is formed between the lower surface of the plate and the upper surface of the frame through which a belt can be inserted, and the belt is attached to the plate through the elongated hole and the gap. A stopper is inserted between the vicinity of the front end and the bent portion of the front end of the plate to prevent rotation, and this stopper is fixed to the plate to construct a roller skate.

A long hole is drilled to fix the frame in the front-rear direction on the lower surface of the plate, and a gap is formed between the lower surface of the plate and the upper surface of the frame through which a belt can be inserted. A belt was installed through the elongated hole and the gap, and a stopper was inserted between the vicinity of the front end of the frame and the new curved part of the front end of the plate to prevent rotation, and this stopper was fixed to the plate. Because of this material, the belt, which is subjected to a large amount of force when using roller skates, will not be damaged, thereby improving safety.
