Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) By installing a partition plate that defines a gas flow path in a shell that has an inlet and an inlet at only one end, multiple reaction vessels with different flow directions are formed in the monolithic catalyst, and air is controlled in each reaction vessel. A catalytic converter characterized by being impregnated with a catalytic material that causes a phase contact reaction and having an air injection pipe inserted into the shell from the outside.

(2) The catalytic converter according to claim 1, wherein the monolithic catalyst is any one of a three-way catalyst, an oxidation catalyst, and a reduction catalyst, or a combination of a plurality of selected types.
