【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 電子線による描画を行なうための試料と、その保持
機能および移動の為の移動台と、該移動台上の状態を固
定端を介して他部へ、また他部から固定端を介して移動
台上に作用させるための伝達部材と、前記各部を真空に
保つための容器とからなる試料台において、伝達部材は
移動端と、固定端の2ケ所で固定し、かつ該部材は重力
方向での接触部を持たぬよう構成したことを特徴とする
電子線描画装置の試料台。 2 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項において、伝達部材
は縦長断面を持つように構成したことを特徴とする電子
線描画装置の試料台。 3 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項において、伝達部材
の側部が接触する部分に低摩耗材を設けたことを特徴と
する電、子線描画装置の試料台。 4 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項において、伝〜
