Repair work is also extremely difficult due to the amount of residual heat.

A method has been adopted to replace the old part of the gutter.
しかし、この場合においても、樋と樋との接続部が依然

It causes.

. . . was provided so that it became deeper in stages toward the edge, so when the monolithic refractory material 4 for joining was applied,
The thickness of the monolithic refractory material 4 for joining increases from the inside of the gutter, which is firmly locked by these uneven stripes and is not subjected to much external force due to combustion expansion, contraction, etc. during use, to the edge where external force is applied the most. As this gradually increases, peeling or cracking of the refractory material 4 can be strongly prevented, and even if joint leakage occurs, it can be prevented by the uneven strips, and the Since the thick layer of the bonding monolithic refractory material 4 is continuously formed on the gap 5, etc., there is no need to consider it too much, and there is a practical effect that the gap can be reduced as much as possible.
