Fig. 1 shows an example in which the slip prevention device of the present invention is applied to a passive belt device. A shoulder bell 1-4a and a waist bell 1 are wound around an emergency lock retractor 5, and their upper ends are attached to the upper part of the open inner surface of the door 2 with a buckle 6 and a tongue 7 so as to be able to be released in an emergency.
A guide ring 8 is inserted in the middle part of the continuous belt 4b, and the guide rail 9 on the inner surface of the door 2 is connected to the guide rail 9 on the inner surface of the door 2 by a drive mechanism 14 including a response rod 15 and an amplification mechanism that responds to the opening and closing of the door as appropriate. along the guide ring 8

On the other hand, a D ring 10 is further inserted in the middle of the continuous belt 4 so as to be slidable in normal conditions, and an emergency lock retractor 12 fixed to the lower part of the seat 3 is attached to the lower edge of this DIJ ring 10. The pulled-out end of the adjusting belt 11, which is freely pulled out and rewinded and extends from the center of the vehicle through a belt guide 13 which also serves to prevent the belt from being extended, is fixed.

The emergency lock retractor at the lower end of the door's inner surface (see figure 5) can be placed with an emergency release mechanism above the door's inner surface, and the retractor can be attached above the door's inner surface, or a guide rail can be installed outside the door's inner surface and further on the roof side to use both. It goes without saying that various modifications may be made to the design, such as changing the shape of the lens, or other details.

First, in the example shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the D ring 10 has a folded side 10a for folding back the continuous belt 4, sides 10b continuous to the folded side 10a, and both sides. It is formed as a D-shaped annular frame consisting of an edge 10C that closes the end, and an intermediate portion 10d is attached to the intermediate portion of both sides 10b extending between both sides,
The shoulder belt side 4a of the continuous belt 4 is passed under the folded side 10a and pulled upward from the hole 10' between the iron part 10a and the intermediate part 10d, and folded back by the folded side 10a to form the waist belt 4b. The tip of the adjustment belt that has been pulled out is brought out above the hole 10' between the folded side 10a and the middle part 10d as before, folded back into a U shape, and then pulled out again through the hole 10' between the folded side 10a and the middle part 10d. ' through the middle part 10d under the middle part 10d
It is inserted into the hole 10'' between the edge 10C on the adjustment belt side and pulled out upward, and its end is sewn and fixed 21 onto the adjustment belt 11.

In the above, the locking member 18, which is a feature of the present invention, is inserted into the U-shaped folded portion of the adjustment belt 11.
This folded U-shaped part, the edge 10C and the middle part 10d
The part of the adjustment belt 11 that passes through the hole 10'' between and the part of the adjustment belt 11 that has passed through the opening 10'' is folded back in a U-shape to the lower part of the D'Jing edge 10C to form a folded part. Temporary fixings 19 and 20 are applied to these folded portions so that they will easily break due to overload in an emergency.

The locking member 18 is normally sized so that it does not pass through the hole 10' of the D-ring from which the U-shaped folded portion of the adjustment belt 11 is pulled out, and the temporary fixings 19 and 20 are broken due to overload tension applied to the belt. When the adjustment belt 11 and the continuous belt 4 are pulled together, the double portion of the adjustment belt 11 up to the sewn fixing part 21 is stretched, and the hole 1 is closed.

In this state, when an overload is applied, tension is applied to the continuous belt 4 that is folded back at the D-ring 10. For example, a tension of 1200 kg is applied to the eyebrow belt side, while a tension of 10 kg is applied to the waist belt side.
When a tension of 0.00 kg is applied, a tension difference occurs between both belts.

This tension difference appears as slipping of the shoulder belt to the waist belt, but as a result of the tension applied to the belt 4 pulling the D ring 10, the tension also relatively spreads to the adjustment belt 11, and the temporary fastening 19. The tacking thread 20 is broken to allow movement of the locking member 18, and the continuous belt 4 and adjustment belt 11 are wedged in the hole 10' of the DIJ ring 10 by a wedge action as shown in FIG. This prevents the belt from moving to the shoulder belt.

In these cases, the wedge action of the locking member 18 due to the belt tension is the same as described above, but in an emergency, the cover 22 is simultaneously blown off due to overload, which causes the tacking thread 19 to close. Promoting rupture.

On the other hand, in FIGS. 7 and 8, the temporary fixing position is set by the locking member 18.
This is an example of two 19' and 24-shaped holes in the covering part.
The only difference in the figures from FIGS. 4 to 4 is the presence or absence of a temporary fixing 20 on the lower surface of the D-ring 10.

In addition, FIG. 9 shows a simple structure in which the U-shaped folded portion including the locking member 18 and the position near the fixed portion 21 of the adjustment belt 11 are temporarily fastened 25 with a tacking thread through the hole 10'' on the adjustment belt side. In each of the above embodiments, the locking member 18 has a circular cross section or a curved wedge shape with different curvatures, but it may also have a circular cross section, a polygonal shape, an elliptical shape, etc.
The locking members may have various shapes, and the surfaces of these locking members may be smooth or roughened with fine irregularities.

Thus, under normal load conditions, the passive belt device using the D-ring shown in each of the above embodiments and provided with a slip prevention mechanism is a passive belt closure in which the belt 4 freely slides inside the D-ring 10. Normally operating the belt to the restraint position or retreat position in response to the opening and closing of the door is the same as in the case of normal passive belts. In such a case, an overload phenomenon occurs and the occupant's upper body leans forward due to inertia, pulling the shoulder belt. Therefore, when the D-ring slides freely, the waist belt 4b
The side shifts to the eyebrow bell 1-4a side, which causes the occupant's upper body to tilt forward further, whereas the overload causes the temporary sewing thread etc. to break, and as a result, the The belt locking member 18 is moved, and the folded portion of the belt is pressed and clamped against the folded side 10a of the D ring.

As mentioned above, the D-ring can be used to fix the folded part of the belt to prevent the occupant's upper body from leaning forward further, but in order to further reduce the overall impact on the occupant's upper body. It is also preferable from a design point of view to stretch the waist belt and allow the occupant to move forward to some extent.

As described above, according to the device of the present invention, the shoulder belt side is caused by forward leaning caused by the forward movement of the occupant's upper body being larger than the movement of the lower back due to an overload in an emergency such as a collision. It can reliably prevent the waist belt from stretching and shifting to the eyebrow belt and causing further forward leaning, and has an excellent effect of ensuring the safety of the occupants. The belt lock member is combined with the belt lock member, the belt lock member is inserted and held in the U-shaped folded part of the adjustment belt, and is temporarily secured with tacking thread, etc. Therefore, conventional D-rings can be used as appropriate, making production easy. Of course, the response to tension in the event of an abnormality is also reliable, and since the hole between the folded side and the middle side of the D-ring is wedged, the deterrent force is large, and furthermore, it can be used once due to overload. It has various advantages such as being easy to reuse in case of emergency, and is extremely effective and practical for automatically alleviating the impact of an occupant in an emergency when using a passive belt device.
