  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　巻寿司の舎利部分１の外周面２を略二重に巻いて少
    し余る程度の大きさの１枚の合成樹脂製等のフィルム３
    により、該フィルム３の左右両端部を合せて接着するこ
    とにより摘み部４を設け、該摘み部４が頂上にくるよう
    に外側部５と内側部６との二重に折り畳んだ上記フィル
    ム３により上記巻寿司の舎利部分１の外周面２の左右両
    半部をそれぞれ包装することを特徴とする巻寿司の舎利
    部分の包装構造。 ２　フィルム３が、表面に細い凹凸を有するものである
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    巻寿司の舎利部分の包装構造。′″
