a caliper that is slidably supported by a torque member and has a piston; a pair of pressing members that are supported by the torque member and pressed by the piston and the caliper so that they can approach and separate from each other; and a pair of pressing members that are fixed to a rotating shaft and are located between the pressing members. What is claimed is: 1. A disc brake comprising: a rotor; and friction plates fixed to both sides of the rotor and pressable by the pressing member.
