  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　　炉芯’ｔ２の幅方向両側にエアチャンバ６．６を
    添設すると共に、このエアチャンバ６．６に対応する炉
    芯管側壁７．７にエア噴出孔８．８′を配設し、かつ炉
    芯管内の天井域には入口部４の排気筒５と通じる多孔仕
    切板１２を取付けたことを特徴とする連続式厚膜焼成炉
    。　　−２エア噴出孔８．８′が炉芯管入口域では粗な
    間隔で形成され、炉芯管奥部域では密な間隔で形成され
    ている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の連続式厚膜
    焼成炉。 ３　多孔仕切板１２が炉芯管２に内設した受板１１を介
    して着脱可能に支えられている実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の連続式厚膜焼成炉。
