レバ−に作動的に連結されて前記シフトレバ−のシフト
操作により軸方向へ移動されまたディテント機構によっ
て位置決されるフォークシャフトと、このフォークシャ
ブトにワンウェイ機構を介して連結されて前記フォーク
シャフトの中立位置から一方のシフト位置への移動時及
びその復帰時にのみ前記フォークシャフトと一体的に移
動するシフトヘッドと、前記ケーシングに組付けたブラ
ケットに揺動可能に組付けられかつ前記シフトヘッドに
連結されて前記シフトヘッドの移動により揺動されるシ
フトアームを備えて、このシフトアームの揺ｉ端にて選
択摺動式ギヤ列のアイドラギヤを摺動させて該ギヤ列の
ドライブギヤ及びドリブンギヤに噛合させるようにした
手動歯車変速機の変速操作機構において、前記シフトア
ームにカムを設けるとともにこのカムに対向する前記ブ
ラケット及びケーシングに有底筒状のホルダを嵌着し、
