[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a temperature switch in which the reed switch is opened and closed by the magnetic action of a permanent magnet and a temperature-sensitive magnetic material, and particularly relates to an improvement of a heat receiving plate (heat absorption plate) having a mounting clearance. It is something.

Conventionally, a so-called axial type temperature switch in which a lead wire is connected in the direction of the lead of a reed switch has been widely used, but it has disadvantages as it is difficult to say that it is a type that can be mass-produced.

Namely, (1) the length in the axial direction is large because a fixed tube is used to surround the connection between the lead wire and the lead of the reed switch and to fix the lead wire, and (2) the length in the axial direction is large. When connecting the wires, it is necessary to match the axes, and the lead must be wrapped in the thin wire of the lead wire and soldered. (3) During the assembly process, stress is applied to the lead wire through the sealed glass part of the lead. There is a high risk of cracks, cracks, etc., and when handling lead wires with user force of 3+, careless twisting may cause twisting of the seal of the lead, even though it is temporarily fixed at the insertion part of the fixed tube. (4) When installing a heat receiving plate, it is necessary to insert a lead wire into the cylindrical part, and in the case of a heat receiving plate with a U-shaped groove with an installation allowance, it is necessary to insert the lead wire through the cylindrical part. Although it is not troublesome, it has drawbacks such as the heat-receiving surface is small and uneven.

The purpose of this invention is to eliminate these drawbacks by creating a wire in which the lead wire is drawn out at right angles to the lead (i.e., a radial type).
It is an object of the present invention to provide a temperature switch equipped with a heat receiving plate having a structure that is suitable for mass production.

The present invention connects a lead wire at right angles to the lead extending in the axial direction of the reed switch, and connects the lead wire, node switch, and fixed tube to both ends of the heat receiving plate by bending the heat receiving plate that has a mounting allowance. It is configured to be held between the formed semi-cylindrical parts, and the bow wire is drawn out in the radial direction through a groove provided in the fixed tube and a notch provided in the semi-cylindrical part.

Note that the semi-cylindrical portion herein refers to a shape in which the cylindrical wall is partially removed along the axial direction, and is not limited to a half-cylindrical shape divided by the diameter of the cylinder.

また両端の半円筒は対称な形状である必要はない。Further, the semicircular cylinders at both ends do not need to have a symmetrical shape.

In other words, (1) the axial length is shortened, (2) the lead wire can be connected by normal tack soldering and no special care is required, and (3) the lead wire can be connected to the groove of the fixed tube. (4) Heat-receiving plate that is not only fitted but also clamped by the ends of the heat-receiving plate, so that the lead-out wire does not get twisted and the stress applied to the lead-out wire is hardly transmitted to the sealed glass part of the lead. There is no insertion or fitting work required for assembly, and it is a simple bending work, making it easy to automate.

It consists of a fixed tube fitted into both ends of the reed switch while covering the connection part, a cylindrical part for inserting and fixing the temperature switch main body and the fixed tube, and a heat receiving plate having a mounting allowance for installation. In the temperature switch, the fixed tube is provided with an axial cut groove for drawing out the lead wire in the radial direction, and the heat receiving plate has semicylindrical portions formed at both ends of the single plate, and is called an amphibian cylindrical portion. The above-mentioned cylindrical part is constructed by bending the central part so as to match and overlapping them to form the above-mentioned cylindrical part, and the remaining overlapping part forms the above-mentioned mounting margin. A circumferential notch is provided in the corresponding portion, so that the temperature switch main body and the fixed tube are built into the cylindrical portion by fitting the semi-cylindrical portion, and the lead wire is connected to the cut groove of the fixed tube. A temperature switch characterized in that the temperature switch is pulled out in a radial direction through a notch in the semi-cylindrical part.
