Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) It comprises a cylindrical cylinder and a pair of fan-shaped rotors that rotate in the cylinder around double concentric shafts, inner and outer, while approaching and separating from each other, and an annular magnet is embedded in the inner circumferential wall of the cylinder.
