例を示す正面図、第２図はその底面図、第３図は第１図
中の■−■線に沿って得られる拡大した一部断面図、第
４図は、同じく第１図中のＩＶ−ＩＶ線に沿って得られ
る拡大した一部断面図である。 １・・・工具本体、３・・・切刃チップ、４・・・取付
は溝、５・・・クランプ片、６・・・押圧ねじ、７・・
・切欠凹部、８・・・舌片部分、９・・・支え部分。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）円柱状をなす工具本体１の外側面には、軸方向に
    伸びる取付は溝４を設け、この取付は溝４内で、切刃チ
    ップ３゛が適宜数のクランプ片５によって取付けられる
    ようにしたスローアウェイ式エンドミルにおいて、 前記クランプ片５は、前記取付は溝４に連設された切欠
    凹部７内に配置されたときに、切刃チップ３側では、切
    刃チップ３を押圧する舌片部分８および切欠凹部７の上
    面に接する支え部分９を形成しており、また、切欠凹部
    ７の後方側では、本体１の側部からの押圧ねじ６が後端
    下面に作用するように構成されており、この押圧ねじ６
    によるクランプ片５の持上げによって、前記舌片部分８
    および支え部分９がクランプ作用をなすようにしたこと
    を特徴とするスローアウェイ式エンドミル。
  2. （２）前記切刃チップ３は、捩れチップが適用されてい
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    のスローアウェイ式エンドミル。
  3. （３）前記クランプ片５の後端下面には、盲状の丸穴゛
    １０が穿設され、この丸穴１０内に、押圧ねじ６の一部
    を挿入、接触させていることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載のスローアウェイ式エ
    ンドミル。
