Claims

It consists of an outer case 1 and an inner case 2 which is rotatably attached to the inside of the outer case 1 and can be taken in and out of the outer case 1. It has a rectangular upper wall 4 and a lower wall 5 that face each other in parallel, and a front wall 6 that closes the front side between the upper wall 4 and the lower wall 5, and the upper wall 4 and the lower wall 5.
The rear side 7 and the left and right side parts 8 and 9 between the space are open on three sides, and the inner surface of the lower wall 5 is provided with a large number of protrusions 10 in parallel.
