Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to absorb the change of gap due to heat expansion by a method wherein the gap formed between a heat pipe and the inserting opening tube of a hot water storage tank, through which the heat pipe pierces, is sealed with a sealing member having two sealing parts with different diameters from each other. CONSTITUTION:The heat pipe 1 consists of an evaporating part 2 fitted onto a base plate 4 through heat insulating material 5 in a solar heat collector main body 3 and a condensing part extended into the hot water storage tank 7 arranged above the main body 3. In this case, the inserting opening tube 9, through which the condensing part 8 of the heat pipe 1 is inserted into the hot water storage tank 7, is outward-protrudingly formed at the lower side wall of the hot water storage tank 7. The gap 11 formed between the heat pipe 1 inserted in the opening tube 9 and the opening tube 9 is sealed with a tubular sealing member 10 made of rubber or the like. The sealing member 10 is integrally formed so as to provide with a vertical step wall part 12 to plug said gap 11 and the two sealing parts 13 and 14 with different diameters. In addition, the sealing parts 13 and 14 are respectively fixed by means of hose bands 15 and 16.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a heat pipe type solar water heater using a heat pipe, and an object of the present invention is to provide a reliable seal between the heat pipe and the hot water storage tank with a simple structure. In addition, it is possible to prevent the heat pipe from being destroyed by repeated bending stress, which occurs due to the change in the interval between the heat pipe insertion opening tubes provided in the hot water storage tank due to thermal expansion and contraction of the hot water storage tank. Our objective is to provide a heat pipe type solar water heater that can be used.

Figure 4 shows the connection structure between the hot water storage tank and the heat pipe that was devised at the development stage of the present invention.
The parts shown in the figure are a heat pipe 21 and a hot water storage tank 22.
It is located inside the cylindrical sealing member 24 that connects and seals the insertion opening tube 23 provided on the lower side wall of the heat pipe 21, and enters the gap between the inner periphery of the insertion opening tube 23 and the outer periphery of the heat pipe 21. Since the structure includes the protrusion 26, when the interval between the insertion opening tubes 23 changes due to thermal expansion and contraction of the hot water storage tank 22, the influence of the interval change is directly transmitted to the heat pipe 21 via the protrusion 26. As a result,
As a result, there is a problem in that the evaporation parts of the plurality of heat pipes 21, which are fixed integrally with the heat collecting plate, are subjected to repeated bending stress, leading to breakage.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below based on drawings showing embodiments thereof. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a heat pipe, and the evaporation part 2 of this heat pipe 1 is provided with a heat insulating material 6 on a substrate 4 inside a heat collector body 3. A glass body 6 that transmits sunlight is disposed on the upper surface of the heat collector body 3. Reference numeral 7 denotes a hot water storage tank disposed above the heat collector body 3, and an insertion opening tube 9 into which the condensing part 8 of the heat pipe 1 is inserted is integrally protruded outward from the lower side wall of the hot water storage tank 7. Form-11): 1. Reference numeral 10 denotes a cylindrical sealing member made of a flexible material such as rubber, and this sealing member 1o is designed to close a gap 11 between the tip of the insertion opening tube e and the heat pipe 1. step wall part 12
and seal portions 13 of different diameters that are in close contact with the outer periphery of the insertion opening cylinder 9 and the outer periphery of the heat pipe 1, respectively.

The operation in the above configuration will be explained. Sunlight is glass body 6
is absorbed by the evaporation section 2 of the heat pipe 1. Of the energy absorbed in the evaporation section 2, the condensation section 8
Therefore, only the energy released into the water 17 in the hot water storage tank 7 is carried inside the heat pipe □1. In this case, the energy causes the working fluid 18 sealed in the heat pan sea to boil 1" to generate steam 44. This steam is conveyed to the condensing section 8 of the heat pan, and in the condensing section 8 1" is generated.
By being cooled and condensed, heat is transferred to the water 17 in the hot water storage tank 7 and the water 17 is heated.

The working fluid 18 that has been liquefied by condensation is attached to the hot water storage tank 7 and the heat nozzle (herein, the adhesion of the hot water storage tank 7 and the heat nozzle 1 to the outer periphery of the insertion opening tube 9 provided on the lower side wall of the hot water storage tank 7). Since this is done by fixing the sealing members 10 made of flexible materials in close contact with each other with hose bands 16, □Water 17
The change in the spacing of the insertion opening tube e caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of the hot water storage tank 7 due to the 1 degree rise or fall of is a force that affects the heat pipe 1 via the sealing member 10.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the sealing member 10 is configured with a stepped wall portion 12 that connects seal portions 13 and 14 of different diameters, so that elastic deformation of the stepped wall portion 12 causes the insertion opening cylinder 9 to open. FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the present invention, which differs from the above embodiment in that the stepped wall portion 1 connects the seal portions 13914 of different diameters of the seal member 10 made of a flexible material.
2 is formed into a concentric wave shape. With such a configuration, the change in the spacing of the insertion opening cylinder 9 caused by the expansion and contraction of the hot water storage tank 7 due to the temperature rise and fall of the water 1γ is absorbed by the concentric wave-shaped structure of the stepped wall portion 12. This makes it possible to almost eliminate the force applied to heat pipe 1, making it even safer to use heat pipe 1.
It has the excellent effect of protecting the material from destruction.

As described above, according to the present invention, the outer periphery of the heat nozzle and the outer periphery of the insertion opening tube of the hot water storage tank are connected and sealed via the sealing member made of a flexible material, and the sealing portion of different diameter Because they are connected by a stepped wall, not only can a reliable sealing effect be obtained with a simple configuration, but also the elastic effect of the stepped wall absorbs changes in the spacing between the insertion opening tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction of the hot water storage tank. However, since the bending stress occurring between the evaporation section and the condensation section of the heat pipe can be reduced, the problem of heat pipe breakage is eliminated.
