In order to solve these problems, the present invention has developed a double wall in which the outer periphery of a cylindrical storage box is divided and surrounded by an outer shell made up of several panels with curved surfaces that can be assembled at any location. The purpose is to eliminate the need for waterproofing work at the installation location, reduce the effects of solar heat, and satisfy transportation conditions.

This storage box consists of the above structure.
The heat dissipated inside the housing box is that the heat generated from the communication device main body 21 housed in the cylindrical box 12 is radiated to the outside from the ventilator 15 as shown by the arrow E shown in FIG. Outer shell 1 assembled from shaped panels
3, but the heat that entered the interior through the outer shell 13 is blocked by the ventilation holes 17 provided above and below the outer shell 13.
Solar radiation heat does not directly affect the interior of the cylindrical box.

In addition, if the equipment mounted inside is adversely affected by cold weather, by blocking the ventilation hole E, the movement between the outer shell 13 and the cylindrical box 12 will be slowed down, and the effect on the internal equipment will be reduced. This results in effective heat retention.
