の回転子を回転自在に支持する調性軸受２ａ、２ｂのう
ち少なくとも一方が発電機フレーム５ａ、５ｂとは別部
材よりなる軸受箱１２ａにより支承され、該軸受２ａ、
２ｂのスパンの外にあってかつ前記発電機フレーム５ａ
、５ｂの外に位置する回転子軸４上に設けられた刷子環
７と、この刷子環７に当接摺動する刷子装置６−と、電
機子巻線１３ａに誘導される３相交流電力を整流し外部
に出力として送り出す整流装置８とが、前記発電機フレ
ーム５ａ、５ｂの外側に配置されて、このフレーム５ａ
、５ｂとは別部材よりなるカバー１１により覆われてお
り、該カバー１１と前記フレーム５ａ、５ｂｉび軸受箱
１２ボルト９を介して互いに固定されている構造を有す
る車両用交流発電機において、 前記軸受箱１２又は前記カバー１１又は前記ボルト９の
うち少なくとも一つが非磁性体より成ることを特徴とす
