Conventionally, the reservoir in a mask cylinder has been formed integrally with the mask cylinder body, so it has been impossible to detect the liquid level inside the reservoir from the outside, especially in two-wheeled vehicles.

For this reason, the reservoir was made of transparent resin and connected to the mask cylinder body, and the liquid level inside the reservoir was detected from the outside, but this inevitably required a connecting member, which was economically disadvantageous, and the mask cylinder body The connection between the body and the reservoir is weaker than one that is a single piece, and as the number of connecting members increases, the probability of defects such as liquid leakage increases, requiring a strict inspection process, and resin reservoirs are weaker than metal tanks. However, depending on the usage, it may have to be made of metal, but since it is opaque, it was necessary to detect the liquid level from the outside.

The present invention has been devised in view of this point, and includes providing a transparent display section on the top surface of the cap, making an insertion hole in the cap, and forming a groove connected to the insertion hole at the bottom of the transparent display section on the top surface of the cap. In addition to providing an insertion/extraction path for the flexible member, an atmospheric communication hole communicating with the atmosphere is provided from the groove, and the flexible member extending from the diaphragm, which is displaced with the liquid level in the reservoir, is connected to the displaced portion. It is characterized by having a thick base part and inserting it into the lower part of the transparent display part, and its purpose is to prevent the flexible member from displacing as the diaphragm displaces with the liquid level in the reservoir. By detecting the position, the amount of liquid in the reservoir can be accurately known from the outside.

以下本考案の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings.

On the other hand, an insertion hole 9 is formed in the cap 5 from the bottom to the top, and a groove 10 is formed in the upper surface of the cap 5 in a continuous manner with the insertion hole 9.
is formed, a transparent display portion 11 is fixed to the upper surface of the cap 5 with small bolts 12 so as to cover the insertion hole 9 and the groove 10 of the flexible member 8, and an insertion/extraction path for the flexible member 8 is provided. The display section 11 is provided with scales indicating upper and lower limits of the liquid amount.

Furthermore, the base portion 8b of the flexible member 8 is formed to be thick in order to improve its rise, and as a result, it has good ability to follow a drop in liquid level despite being made of a flexible material.

Reference numeral 13 denotes an atmospheric communication hole bored in the cap 5, and forms an atmospheric communication path from the atmospheric communication hole 13 to the atmospheric chamber of the reservoir via the groove 10 and the insertion hole 9. Atmospheric air is introduced without clogging, and the ability of the flexible member 8 to follow the liquid level becomes better.

The present invention has a transparent display section 11 on the top surface of the cap 5 as described above.
, and a flexible member 8 extending from the diaphragm that displaces with the liquid level in the reservoir 2 is inserted into the insertion/extraction path at the bottom of the transparent display section 11. Therefore, in the case of excessive supply of liquid, the diaphragm 3 The distal end 8 of the flexible member 8 rises.
When a is pressed, it moves to the right of the upper limit display scale in FIG. 1, indicating that the supply amount is excessive.

In addition, if the liquid level in the reservoir 2 decreases due to liquid leakage or wear of the lining, for example, it becomes lower than the position shown by the imaginary line, and the displaced portion 3a of the diaphragm 3 falls to the position shown in FIG. As the liquid level in the reservoir 2 decreases, the amount corresponding to the decrease in the liquid level in the reservoir 2 is displayed on the transparent display section 11 provided on the top surface of the cap 5 as the flexible member 8 is pulled.

If the liquid volume further decreases, the displacement part 3 of the diaphragm 3
a continues to fall, and the tip 8a of the flexible member 8 moves to the left of the lower limit display scale in FIG. 1 to display the amount of decrease in the liquid.

Therefore, the present invention can accurately and easily detect oversupply of liquid, replenishment, or liquid leakage from the mask cylinder system without requiring removal of the cap from the outside, and can also detect the liquid level in the reservoir. Therefore, there is no need to use a transparent resin tank.

In addition, by forming the root part of the flexible member thickly,
In addition to improving the rise of the flexible member, it also has good ability to follow the liquid level despite being made of a flexible material, and at the same time, an atmospheric communication hole is provided in the flexible member insertion part to prevent clogging into the atmospheric chamber of the reservoir. Atmospheric air is introduced without the need for liquid level, and the flexibility of the flexible member to follow the liquid level becomes better, allowing for accurate display.

Furthermore, although it is a reservoir-integrated mask cylinder, it does not use an electric type, so it is inexpensive and extremely economically effective.

In addition, since the display is provided on the top of the cap instead of on the side of the reservoir, fluctuations in the liquid level can be transmitted to the flexible member without difficulty, and it is easy to see, and it is strong against external forces such as falling. This is an advantageous idea.
