    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 超電導コイルの２つの部分の抵抗電圧降下のアンバラン
    スから超電導コイルのクエンチを検出する超電導コイル
    のクエンチ検出装置において、上記超電導コイルの電流
    の変化率を検出する電流掃引速度検出回路と上記２つの
    部分のインダクタンスの差と上記電流掃引速度とから上
    記２つの部分の誘起電圧のアンバランス■２を求める演
    算回路を備え、上記２つの部分の端子電圧降下の差■１
    と上記Ｖ２との差Ｖ、−Ｖ２を抵抗電圧降下のアンバラ
    ンスとして検出することを特徴とする超電導コイルのク
    エンチ検出装置。
