Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a collator which can operate direction change means in response to a signal from an image recording apparatus body to distribute and control sheet materials so as to reduce installation space. CONSTITUTION:A deflector 20 is operated in response to a signal from an image recording apparatus to control to which tray, right or left is a sheet material to be conducted.
