接部に凸形環状嵌合部と凹形環状嵌合部を形成すると共
に再嵌合部の連接時において凸形環状嵌合部に断面がＬ
字状をしたシール凹部を環状に凹設し、該シール凹部に
嵌設する環状シール部材の内周部に、シール凹部内周の
立上り部に臨む如く立上りリップを形成すると共に、該
シール部材の外周面にＶ状リップを形成したことを特徴
