A composition for fireworks in which a flame coloring agent, a sparking agent, and an adhesive are mixed is proposed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 156-22698, and a mixture of barium nitrate and iron powder is added to A composition for fireworks to which umum powder is added has been proposed. These compositions emit relatively little smoke, bad odor, and harmful gas when burned, but their combustibility is still rapid and a small amount of residue is scattered, so they cannot be ignited and used indoors. It is difficult to do. Furthermore, the burning time of unit-sized fireworks is extremely short, and especially those using nitrocellulose are not suitable for use as ornamental fireworks.

That is, the present invention is characterized in that either one or both of a flame coloring agent and a sparking agent are added and mixed with metaldehyde.

Because fireworks heat up at 15°C, they are extremely easy to handle when manufacturing fireworks, and they can be stored for a long time because they do not evaporate when stored. Furthermore, when used as an oxidizing agent, it has a very low flash point, so it has good ignitability, and it is safe because it will not spontaneously ignite or explode. Furthermore, when burned, it generates a gentle flame for a long time in combination with a flame coloring agent that produces a violet color, so it can provide an excellent ornamental effect with durability.
