材と外側ガイド部材との間で記録シート反転経路が形成
され、内側ガイド部材および外側ガイド部材のいずれか
一方のガイド部材が他のガイド部材に対して離接可能に
支持されたシート反転装置が、記録装置の記録シート排
出部上方に着脱可能にかつ記録シート排出部の上方が開
放できるように回動可能に支持されているとともに、そ
のシート反転装置を前記記録シート排出部上方が開放す
るように回動したのち、前記いずれか一方のガイド部材
を他のガイド部材に対して離すことにより記録シート反
転経路が開放される構成になっていることを特徴とする
