とも一部分４Ｃを、作業者出入のために開閉操作可能に
構成し、前記操作軸１２における前記開閉可能な土壁部
分４Ｃに対向する軸部分１２ａを、前記タンク４に支承
の軸部分に対して、一端部が下方へ揺動可能に枢支され
る状態で且つ他端部が着脱可能に連結される状態で設け
