図、第４図および第５図は゛第３図の状態からコイルを
全部入れ終ったそれぞれ異なるターン配列を示す溝部断
面図、第６図および第７図はそれデ′れ異なる本考案の
回転電機の鉄心の実施例を示す溝部断面図、第８図およ
び第９図は第６図および第７図にそれぞれ対応するコイ
ルを納めつつある状態を示す溝部断面図、第１０図は各
種鉄心に対するコイル挿入力を示す曲線図である。− １・・・鉄心、２・・・溝、３・・・開口部、５・・・
コイル、８・・・溝絶縁物、１０・・・溝底部、ａ−ａ
・・・溝中心線、ｂ−ｂ・・・開口部中心線。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）円筒状で内周に乱巻コイル挿入用の複数個の軸方
    向半閉溝を有する回転電機の鉄心において、半閉溝の開
    口部中心を溝中心より溝壁側にずらしたことを特徴とす
    る回転電機の鉄心。
  2. （２）溝底部を外径方向へ膨らむ円弧状としたことを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の回転電機
    の鉄心。
  3. （３）開口部の中心位置はコイル挿入の際、コイルの各
    ターンか溝内の溝絶縁物の片側内面に沿って入る位置と
    したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又
    は第２項記載の回転電機の鉄心。
