Various improved devices have been provided as this kind of filament fastening device, but the present invention allows both ends of the filament to be held together by simply rotating the outer cylinder and winder, which are rotatably fitted together. The object of the present invention is to provide a novel filament fastening tool that has never existed before, which can be rolled into a mold member for reliable fastening.
The gist of this is that a disc-shaped winder is fitted into a circular chamber in a plan view of an outer cylinder so that the two can rotate relative to each other. The filament is wound between the inner circumferential surfaces, and the winding and unwinding are performed by a gripping arm having a lever action and integrally projecting from each of the winder and the outer cylinder.

The present invention will be described in detail below based on a first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4.

As an example of a means for connecting the outer cylinder 2 and the winder 3, a pair of locking claws 10 protruding from the outer edge of the winder 3 are engaged from one direction into a pair of engaging grooves 9 vertically provided on the outer wall of the chamber of the outer cylinder 2. Then, the retaining pawl 10 is pulled out in the other direction and is slidably engaged with the upper surface 2a of the outer cylinder 2 to prevent the winder 3 from coming off.

Between the outer circumferential surface of the winder 3 and the inner circumferential surface of the outer cylinder 2, there is a winding groove consisting of a circumferential groove for pinching and compressing the filament 12, for example, as shown in FIG. In addition to providing a filament winding groove 6, the upper surface of the winder 3 and the outer wall of the outer cylinder 2 are preferably provided with filament insertion grooves 1 and 8 that cross the center line thereof. The first
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 2B, the filament 12 inserted into the insertion grooves 1 and 8 is bent into the winding groove 6 by the relative rotation of the outer cylinder 2 and the winder 3, and is press-fitted into the winding groove 6. Both grooves 6, 7,
8 shall be connected.

As a preferred embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2A, each gripping arm 4 is rotated, for example, at right angles so that the respective insertion grooves γ and 8 are aligned, and As shown, both gripping arms 4 are rotated so as to overlap, so that the filament 12 can be wound up and secured.

The second embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 to 8 is based on the same idea as the above-mentioned embodiment, and uses a bottomed outer cylinder l as the female member, and replaces the linear insertion grooves 1 and 8. An embodiment is shown in which an insertion hole 14 is formed in the outer wall of the outer cylinder 2', and an insertion hole 13 is formed in the winder 3'.

For example, the winding groove 6 can be rolled in by forming a circumferential groove between the inner circumferential surface of the outer cylinder and the outer circumferential surface of the winder. The inner circumferential surface of the outer cylinder 2' corresponding to the male member and the outer circumferential surface of the winder 3' corresponding to the male member may be provided with circumferential grooves, respectively, or grooves may be formed in the inner circumferential surface of the outer cylinder 2' as shown in FIG. The same winding effect can be obtained even if a circumferential groove is formed on the circumferential surface.

Similarly, as shown in Fig. B of the sixth embodiment, a plurality of winding grooves 6 are arranged in parallel in one winder A, and wire insertion holes 13, 14 or grooves are formed in the outer cylinder 2' and the winder 3'. Even if multiple lines are provided, multiple lines can be retained.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a filamentous fastening device in which fastening can be performed simply by grasping the gripping arm of both or one of the outer cylinder and the winder and rotating them relative to each other.

That is, when the filament is zero-fastened, simply by inserting the filament into the filament insertion groove or hole and rotating both members with the gripping arm, the filament is automatically bent into the winding groove and wound in a press-fit state, It has the advantage of being able to easily perform the anchoring work with just two actions, the filament insertion action and the rotation action, and that it can be easily operated even on a pillar.

Both members can be easily manufactured by integral molding, etc., and the structure is simple and compact, and since it is not bulky, it is convenient to carry.

During the wire winding operation, the gripping arm can be used as a lever to wind the wire with a small amount of force, making it possible to carry out light winding operations, while also allowing the wire to be rolled into the groove with a light operating force and with a strong clamping force. A strong retention effect can be obtained by gripping and pulling out.

To be more specific, according to the above-mentioned fastener, the filament is wound along the outer circumferential surface of the winder, and is interposed and held between the circumferential surface of the winder material and the opposing inner circumferential surface of the outer cylinder.

従って線条巻込に伴う締付力は巻き子及び外筒の径方向
に生じ線条締付に伴う反作用も同径方向に及ぼされる。
Therefore, the tightening force caused by the winding of the wire is generated in the radial direction of the winder and the outer cylinder, and the reaction force caused by the tightening of the wire is also exerted in the same radial direction.

Therefore, unlike the case where, for example, the linear tightening force is generated in the axial direction of the outer cylinder and the winder (the direction that separates the outer cylinder and the winder), theoretically, the linear tightening force is generated in the axial direction of the outer cylinder and the winder. It is possible to increase the tightening force to the limit of damage, and it is possible to provide a fastening device that is structurally robust even against high tightening forces. By using the strips as a bonding medium, it is possible to bond them together even more firmly.
