差込まれているラックに噛合わされて成り、機関の回転
と連繋して前記プランジャがシリンダ内を上下動し、燃
料を吸入、圧送し、又前記ラックを左右に移動すること
によってコントロールピニオン、コントロールスリーブ
を介してプランジャがシリンダ内を回動して有効ストロ
ークが変化し、燃料噴射量が調整される燃料噴射ポンプ
において、前記ラックの端面に雌ねじ孔を穿設し、これ
にボルトをね−じ込み、該ボルトの先端部を上記酸ねじ
孔に連なる、ラック歯の歯列の中央部を欠除して設けた
溝内に突出させてラックと噛合うコントロールピニオン
゛の回動を制限するようにし、ボルトの突出長さを調
整することによりラックの最大移動位置を個々の機関に
与えられる最大出力に対応して調整可能に設定できるよ
うにしたことを特徴とする燃料噴射ポンプの調整式ラッ
