Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease noise caused by combustion, by providing a normally closed escape port with a lid, in order to escape the pressure in a combustion chamber, by bypassing a throttle part from the side of a combustion chamber toward the outer side, to the side of an air, in an inside diameter throttle part at an exhaust port for combustion gas. CONSTITUTION:An internal pressure escaping passage 8 to escape the pressure in a combustion chamber 6 from a throttled part 7, from the side of a combustion chamber 6 toward the outer side, is provided, and an open port 9 of the passage 8 is closed by a normally closed lid 10. Besides, a passage 11 is branched off from a passage 8, and its open port 13 is normally closed by a lid 14. With such an arrangement, a passage 8 with a lid 10 and a passage 11 with a lid 14 are opened only when a combustion gas is ignited, to bypass a throttled part 7 to escape the pressure abruptly increased in a combustion chamber 6, to decrease noise at an igniting time, and to prevent a combustion characteristic from being deteriorated.

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はガンタイプバーナを使用した温水ボイラにおい
て燃焼騒音の低減を図ることを目的としたものである。

った。そこで別の手段として、バーナの燃焼方式を変え
て低騒音を図るべく気化式や、ポット弐等々のバーナの
ものが開発されたが、バーナのコストが高くついたり、
予熱時間が非常に長く必要なために瞬間給湯の役目を果
たさなくなったり、燃焼耐久性が十分でない等々の問題
点があって、温水ボイラの主流とはなり得ていないのが
現状であり、いまだ多少の燃焼騒音はやむ得ないことと
してガンタイプバーナを使用している。

な燃焼室内の圧力上昇によって燃焼が不安定になって異
常燃焼をおこしたり、異常に大きい着火音を発する等の
問題があった。

実験によると入力3〜4万Kcal/hの一般家庭用の
ガンタイプバーナを使用した温水ボイラにおいて排気口
内径と燃焼騒音(Cレンジで代表させている)の関係は
第6図の如くφ5o程度で少し効果が出始め、φ4o以
下にすると大きな効果が得られた。なお、第7図は排気
口内径φ100とφ40における燃焼騒音スペクトルの
実験データを示した。5sdBcという値は燃焼騒音と
してはほとんど人間の耳で聞きとれない程度のレベルで
あり、気化式のバーナを使用した同能力の温水ボイラと
同じレベルである。

位置に送り込むようにすれば良い。そのためには前記絞
りリング2の絞り径φDを小さくする程、また、絞りリ
ング2の先端を保炎板1の先端との距離Hを大きくする
程、燃焼の不完全さを解消できる。しかしこの構成では
着火時の燃焼室内の圧力が急激に上昇し、大きな着火音
を発生するという問題がある。

いけば燃焼量も圧力上昇に応じて多くなり燃焼室内の圧
力も除々に上昇することになり急激な圧力上昇はおこら
ない。ただしあまりゆっくりと圧力上昇させると着火時
に空気過剰の状態になってcoを大級に発生することに
なる。

になるような蓋1゜を設ける。これだけでは十分に前記
急激な圧力上昇を防止できない場合には、前記通路8が
ら分岐した通路11を設けてその開口部13を絞り部7
外側である大気側の一部12に臨ませ、開口部13には
定常時閉塞状態になるよう蓋14を設ける。すなわち、
前記通路11と蓋14は絞り部7をバイパスして燃焼室
6側から絞り部7よりも大気側12に燃焼ガスを着火時
のみ導くように構成したことを特徴とするものである。
