Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

The edge portion of a blank plate consisting of a laminate in which the inner and outer layers are formed of metal foil and the intermediate layer is formed of a thermoplastic plastic film, and the intermediate layer is exposed on different faces of the opposing edge portions. A cylindrical body formed by overlapping the two layers and heat-sealing the exposed intermediate layer portion to form a side joint.
