図であり、第４図は切断部材の他の例を示す斜視図であ
る。 図中、２はベッド、３はフレーム、８はモータ（駆動部
材）、１０は超音波振動子、１３は加工用ホーン、１４
は加工面、１６は押えローラ、１８はローラ支持体（支
持部材）、１９はモータ（駆動部材）、２５はガラター
（切断部材）、２８は対向ローラ、２９．３０は第１、
第２の被加工物、３２は溶着部である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一端が超音波振動子に連結されて、他端に形成された加
    工面に超音波振動が付与される加工用ホーンと、前記加
    工面と協働して熱可塑性樹脂材料よりなるシート状の被
    加工物を挾持する押えローラと、前記加工用ホーンと押
    えローラのいずれか一方を他方に対して進退可能に支持
    した支持部材と、被加工物を送るために前記加工用ホー
    ンと押えローラの少なくとも一方を回転駆動する駆動部
    材と、前記加工用ホーンと押えローラとの当接部の近傍
    にそれら加工用ホーンおよび押えローラとは独立して配
    置され、被加工物をその溶着部の側方で切断する切断部
    材とを備えたことを特徴とする超音波加工機。
