Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高周波誘導加熱装置に設けられたヒータが直列複数隣接
    の高周波加熱コイルとその端部に隣接して設けられた均
    熱装置から成るヒータ構造において、上記通電高周波加
    熱コイルの複数隣接の少くともワーク出口側に隣接され
    た均熱装置が保温ボックスであり、該高周波加熱コイル
    のワーク挿通孔に一致するワーク挿通孔を断熱材にて形
    成し、外側ボックスケーシングとの間に断熱材を該断熱
    材に当接させて保温材を弁装置、−包被しであることを
    特徴とする高周波誘導加熱装置のヒータ構造。
