るバランスはほぼ取られていることになるから、カウン
ターウェイトの微小移動だけでバランス調整は完全とな
り時間的なロスがほとんどなくなり、その実用的価値は
非常に大きなものがある。

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ■ 高周波で歯科鋳造用合金を溶融せしめ遠心力によっ
て鋳型に流し込み所望の形状を成す鋳造物を製造する歯
科用高周波遠心鋳造装置において、装置本体Mに取り付
けられた回転軸受1に回転自在に枢着せしめられた回転
シャフト2と、該回転シャフト2の上端部に固着せしめ
られた回転基部金具3と、該回転基部金具3の上面所定
位置に固定せしめられて釦り湯口4aが回転中心と反対
側に向けて設けられているルツボ4と、該ルツボ4の湯
口4aに連結する孔5aを有し該回転基部金具3の端面
に固定せしめられた鋳型当板5と、該回転基部金具3の
両側にそれぞれ水平方向に固定せしめられているシリン
ダー6aを貫通して摺動自在に装着せしめられた摺動棒
6と、該摺動棒6の後端部に両端部を保持され且つ内面
側にスプリング7の装着せしめられた鋳型弁え板8と、
該スプリング7の端部に支持せしめられており且つ中央
部にアタチメント9の嵌入せしめられる孔10aの穿設
せしめられた鋳造押え10と、該摺動棒6を該回転基部
金具3に対して所定位置まで摺動せしめる摺動機構11
と、該回転基部金具3の鋳型弁え10と反対側に突設し
て装着せしめられて釦り且つ該回転基部金具3の回転シ
ャフト2に対するバランスを取るカウンターウェイト1
2が移動自在に装着せしめられた棹13とより成ること
を特徴とする歯科用高周波遠心鋳造装置。 2 摺動機構11が回転基部金具3の両端部にそれぞれ
